What to Look for Before You Buy

Size: The most common banner stand size for trade shows is 33" wide × 80" tall — visible from the aisle without crowding your space. Wider display banner stands (47"–60") work best as solo statement pieces or paired with a backwall.

Hardware grade: Economy retractable sign stands are fine for occasional use. If you use it three or more times a year, a mid-grade or premium standing retractable banner will outlast the savings from going cheap; retract mechanisms on budget units tend to fail after repeated use.

Printing: All our banner displays are available with custom printing. Submit artwork in CMYK at 150 DPI or higher. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days; order at least two weeks before your show date.
