10x20 Trade Show Booth Displays

A 10x20 trade show booth doubles your floor space, but it also doubles the pressure to fill it well. Done right, a 10 x 20 booth creates a defined brand environment that draws people in. Done wrong, it just looks like a bigger version of a 10x10 with too much space. At Capital Exhibits, we design and build custom trade show booths that use every inch of a 10x20 footprint with purpose, from the backwall graphic to the layout of your traffic flow.

If you're working with a smaller footprint, you can also explore our 10x10 trade show displays for more compact setups.

10x20 Booth Displays We Carry

  • EZ Tube® Connect Systems — from $624 Our most versatile 10x20 inline display line. Eight configurations (Kits A through H) let you match the structure to your booth goals — straight backwalls, L-shaped layouts, or modular arrangements with built-in shelving or counter space. The push-button aluminum tube frames click together without tools, and fabric graphics slide on in minutes. Single-sided kits start at $624 for graphic-only orders if you already have a frame. Full graphic packages with hardware begin at $1,715. Kit F adds double-sided graphics for booths with rear visibility. Kit G includes the most structural components of the line at $2,030 — the right choice if you need a defined product display zone inside the booth.
  • EZ Tube® Connect Backlit 20ft Kit A — $7,742 The backlit version of the EZ Tube® Connect line, configured as a 5'x10'x5' wrap-around display with integrated LED illumination. Purpose-built for exhibit halls where overhead lighting is inconsistent and flat graphics disappear into the visual noise. If you've exhibited in a large convention center and come home wondering why your booth didn't stand out, this is usually the answer.
  • Cabo Booth Systems — from $5,016 The Cabo line is for exhibitors who want a custom-looking trade show exhibit without commissioning a fully bespoke build. The 10x20 Cabo Booth B ($5,016) delivers a cohesive, architectural booth environment that includes integrated counters and a structured layout. The 20x20 Cabo C ($8,242) and Cabo E ($8,600) scale that up for larger footprints while keeping the same turnkey approach — frame, graphics, and case in one order.

These are the right choice if you're attending three or more major shows per year and want something that reads as premium without paying for a custom fabricator.

What to Know Before You Buy a 10x20 Booth

Think about traffic flow first. A 10x20 trade show booth design question that most buyers skip: how will attendees actually move through your space? At 200 square feet, you have enough room to create distinct zones — a demo station at one end, literature and conversation space at the other — but only if your configuration supports it. The EZ Tube® Kit G and Cabo systems are specifically built for that kind of layout. A straight backwall with a counter works better when your goal is brand visibility and quick interactions.

Modular or turnkey? Modular trade show displays give you flexibility to reconfigure for different shows. A turnkey system like the Cabo booth gives you a defined look with less planning between events. If your floor plan or booth size changes from show to show, modular is the smarter investment. If you attend the same type of show repeatedly with a consistent layout, turnkey saves you setup time and decision fatigue.

Backlighting: nice-to-have or necessary? In a well-lit venue, a high-quality fabric backwall is enough. In a convention center with drop ceilings and uneven overhead lighting — which describes most large exhibit halls — backlighting keeps your brand colors accurate and your booth visible from 50 feet away. The EZ Tube® Backlit Kit is the most significant jump in price in this collection, but it's the most significant jump in visual impact too.

Graphics and turnaround. All 10x20 booth displays ship with custom dye-sublimated printing. Submit artwork in CMYK at 150 DPI or higher at full size. Standard production ships 3–5 business days after artwork approval — plan for at least two weeks before your show date to allow for proofing and any revisions.

Shipping and storage. Every system in this collection ships in cases designed for freight or airline cargo. Several EZ Tube® configurations include cases that convert into display counters inside the booth — worth factoring into your decision if you need functional storage on the show floor without ordering additional furniture.

To complete your setup, many exhibitors add trade show counters for demos, storage, and better visitor interaction.

frequently asked questions

How do you set up a 10x20 booth for a trade show?

Start by laying out all components before assembly — frame sections, graphic, cases, and accessories. Build the backwall frame first, working left to right, then attach or stretch the graphic. Add any counters, banner stands, or lighting last. Most 10x20 booths from Capital Exhibits set up in 60 to 90 minutes without tools or an installation crew.

How big is a 10x20 booth?

A 10x20 booth is 10 feet deep by 20 feet wide, giving you 200 square feet of exhibit space — double the size of a standard 10x10. It's large enough to create distinct zones for product displays, demos, and client conversations, making it a popular choice for established exhibitors who need more presence on the show floor.

Is a 10x20 booth worth it over a 10x10?

For most established exhibitors, yes. A 10x20 gives you room to create distinct zones — demo, meeting, and display — which leads to longer attendee dwell time and more qualified conversations. If your 10x10 feels cramped or you're turning people away, it's the right next step.

Can a 10x20 booth be reconfigured for different shows?

Yes, if you choose a modular system. Modular trade show booths use interchangeable components that can be rearranged between shows — or even split into two separate 10x10 setups for smaller events. This makes them a smart long-term investment for brands that exhibit at multiple shows throughout the year.
