The graphic pulls up from the base just like a standard retractable banner stand but is sized specifically to sit on a table surface. The black and silver frame finish works well in professional and corporate event environments. Available as a complete graphic package.
• 36-inch SilverStep Tabletop Retractable Banner Stand (Black and Silver): A 36-inch wide tabletop retractable banner stand in black and silver frame finish. The wider format provides more graphic surface area than the 24-inch version and creates a stronger visual presence on a 6ft or 8ft trade show table.
• 48-inch SilverStep Tabletop Retractable Banner Stand (Silver): A 48-inch wide tabletop retractable banner stand in a silver frame finish. At four feet wide, this is one of the most impactful tabletop banner options in this collection and works particularly well on wider tables where a smaller banner would look undersized relative to the table length.
• 60-inch SilverStep Tabletop Retractable Banner Stand (Silver): The widest tabletop retractable banner stand in this collection at 60 inches. A five-foot wide banner on a 6ft table creates a near full-width branded backdrop behind your display, delivering a professional tabletop booth presence without the cost or complexity of a full floor-standing backwall system.

What to Know Before You Buy

• Table size and banner width: 
  

This is the most practical consideration in the collection. A 24-inch or 36-inch stand works as a focused accent on a 6ft or 8ft table, or fills a 4ft table reasonably well. A 48-inch or 60-inch stand is designed for 6ft and 8ft tables where a narrower display would look undersized relative to the table backdrop. If you're not sure which width makes sense for your specific table setup, call us before you order. 

• EZ Tube curved vs. retractable banner stand:

  These two system types serve different goals. The EZ Tube curved display creates a full-width, three-dimensional fabric backwall that makes your tabletop setup read like a proper exhibit environment. The SilverStep retractable stands are faster to set up, lighter to carry, and simpler to travel with. If your priority is a polished, booth-quality presence at the table, the EZ Tube is the right call. If your priority is portability and quick deployment across multiple events, the SilverStep series delivers clean branded impact with minimal effort.

• Frame color: The 24-inch and 36-inch SilverStep stands are available in a black and silver finish. The 48-inch and 60-inch stands are available in silver only. Choose based on which frame finish complements your brand colors and table throw if you are using a branded table cover alongside the display.
• Graphics: Submit all artwork in CMYK at 150 DPI or higher at final print size. Our team reviews every file before production begins so resolution and layout issues are caught before printing, not after your display arrives.
