    Description

    Vail-100D  Double-Sided Graphic Package. Vail-100D is a double-sided Resort Extrusion with a 100mm wide profile. This extrusion has a solid outside finish. Because the profile width is so thick, VAIL-100D is especially good for free-standing large images (tall or wide) because it is more stable than the skinnier profile widths; however, it can be wall mounted or hung overhead. When installing the fabric graphic, the keter can fit 12mm deep and 3mm wide into the keter trough. This extrusion is compatible with edge-lights or ladder lights (can be backlit).


    Package Includes:

    • (1) 4-Sided Frame
    • (2) Custom Single-Sided Graphics (SEG hem)
    • (4) VAIL Triangle Corner Connectors, (16) Socket Screws, (1) 3mm Allen Wrench
    • (2) VAIL Split Connectors (1 pre-installed on 1 VAIL-40C), (1) Torx Key

    Suggested Uses: Retail Stores, Restaurants, Art Galleries, Grand Openings, Trade Shows, Offices, Showrooms, Step & Repeat, Etc.
    Material: Satin Fabric (non-Satin)
    Print Process: Full Color Dye Sublimation
    Hardware Setup: : : To make one edge of the frame, take two cut VAIL-120D extrusions and, between, add Split Connector; tighten. Repeat this twice. Take one completed 2’ edge and one 10′ edge and slide in Corner Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times.
    Upgrade to Replace: VAIL Toolless Corner Connector and VAIL Split Connectors
    Graphic Installation: Transversely, push corners of graphic into the frame’s recessed groove. Then, starting midway on the frame going toward the corners, continue pushing in the straight edges of the graphic on all four sides.
    Accessories (sold separately): Wall Mounts, Ceiling Eye Hooks, Steel Base, Whistler Feet, Yeti Feet.
    Warranty: Lifetime on frame; one (1) year on graphics
