What to Know Before You Buy

Outdoor vs. indoor displays. Every product in this collection is specifically rated for outdoor use. Outdoor displays use weather-resistant materials, reinforced stitching, and bases or mounting systems designed to handle wind loads that would damage standard indoor displays. Never use indoor banner stands or fabric displays outdoors — they are not built for wind resistance and can tip, tear, or get damaged in outdoor conditions.

Tall flags for visibility from a distance. Feather flags, Falcon flags, and Sunbird flags are your highest-visibility outdoor display options. At 10ft to 25ft in height, they are visible from well across an event ground and function as wayfinding markers that guide attendees to your location. Taller flag formats like the 25ft Falcon and 17ft Mondo are the right choice when your outdoor event space is large and you need to be seen from the greatest possible distance.

Flag profile and wind performance. Feather and Sunbird flags have a curved profile that fills with wind and creates movement. Falcon flags have a straight rectangular profile that displays the graphic more consistently flat regardless of wind direction. In high wind conditions, a Falcon flag shows your graphic more reliably than a curved flag that may wrap or fold in strong gusts.

Anchoring your outdoor displays. Most outdoor flags and banner stands in this collection are available with spike bases for ground installation, cross bases for hard surface placement, or water-fillable bases for stability on pavement. Choose your base type based on your event surface — spike bases suit grass and soft ground, cross or water-fillable bases suit concrete, asphalt, and hard event floors.

Bundled kits for complete outdoor setups. The 10ft Aluminum Canopy, Flag and Tablecloth Kit gives you a complete outdoor banner stands solution in a single order. Graphics for outdoor displays. Outdoor display graphics are printed on weather-resistant dye-sublimated fabric designed to hold color in sunlight and resist fading over multiple outdoor events.
