EZ Fabric Counter Configurations We Carry

• EZ Fabric Counter The standard configuration. A clean, straight counter that works well in any booth size. The frame snaps together without tools, the pillowcase graphic zips over the frame for a wrinkle-free finish, and the whole unit packs into a carry bag. Available as a complete graphic package or hardware only.
• EZ Fabric Counter Curved Double A two-panel curved configuration that adds a gentle arc to the front of your counter. The curved profile creates a more inviting reception area and looks more considered than a straight counter in open booth layouts.
• EZ Fabric Counter Curved Triple A three-panel curved counter for exhibitors who need a wider workspace. Provides more surface area for lead scanning, product demos, and literature distribution while maintaining the curved profile.
• EZ Fabric Counter Curved Quad A four-panel curved configuration for larger booth footprints. Works well in 10x20 and island booths where a longer counter helps define the space and manage attendee flow.
• EZ Fabric Counter Curved Quint The largest curved configuration in the EZ fabric counter range. A five-panel counter that creates a substantial reception presence, best suited for larger island exhibits and high-traffic booths.
• EZ Fabric Counter S-Shape A distinctive S-shaped counter that creates two natural engagement points within a single unit. Ideal for booths where staff work multiple sides of the counter simultaneously or where the layout benefits from a more dynamic shape.

What to Know Before You Buy

• Size and configuration. 

  The straight counter and curved double work well in 10x10 booths where floor space is limited. The curved triple is the crossover point where the counter starts to work in both 10x10 and 10x20 setups. The quad and quint are specifically proportioned for 10x20 and larger island spaces where a smaller counter would look visually lost in the footprint. If you are not sure which configuration fits your booth, call us with your floor dimensions and we will give you a direct recommendation.

• Graphics are interchangeable. 

  The aluminum frame on every EZ fabric counter is designed for repeated assembly. When your branding updates or you want different messaging for a specific show, you order a replacement graphic and reuse the existing hardware. That keeps long-term costs significantly lower than replacing the entire counter each time messaging changes.

• Countertop options. 

  Most EZ fabric counter configurations include a hard countertop that provides a working surface for demos, literature, and lead scanning equipment. Check the individual product page for the specific counter you are ordering to confirm countertop inclusion and material before placing your order.

• Pairing with your backwall.

  An EZ fabric counter works best when the graphic complements your backwall display rather than competing with it. If your backwall is a strong visual, keep the counter graphic clean and brand-consistent. If you are building a fully illuminated booth with a backlit backwall, our backlit counters maintain the same lit finish at the counter level for a cohesive booth environment.
